Rights And Duties In Democracy

  In our country, government is democratic. Democratic means the people will select their own representatives to run the government and the country. In democracy the people have many rights and duties.

According to the Article 51 A of constitution of India the people have six fundamental rights and eleven fundamental duties. Our Fundamental Rights are :-

(a) Right to Equality.

(b) Right to Freedom.

(c) Right against Exploitation.

(d) Right to Freedom of Religion.

(e) Cultural and Educational Rights.

(f) Right to constitutional Remedies.

And we also have to follow our fundamental uties like respecting National Flag and National Anthem and to promote brotherhood.

Everyone should follow these fundamentals. The fundamental rights are only for the protection, development, growth and equality of the people. These rights protects the poor people from injustice and unequality. If any of these rights are violated then the person can inform the police or any other related government authority.
