ANS 6.  TECHNIQUE - Artificial Hybridization. 
Artificial Hybridization includes emasculation and bagging. As the flower contain only female reproductive part so it will undergo BAGGING only.
BAGGING - It is a process in which the flower is covered by a bag of butter paper to get rid of unwanted pollen landing on it.

ANS 7. (a)  CAUSE - Due to the presence of one extra X chromosome in male, resulting in the karyotype XXY.
(b) 1) Development of breast in male (gynecomastia).
  2) Feminine pitch voice.
  3) They can also be sterile. 

ANS 8. 1) It can be grown on large amount in bioreactors having nutritive medium.

ANS 9. EcoR1 is a restriction endonuclease which belong to nucleases. It will cut the DNA at specific sequence known as recognition sequence. Its recognition sequence is GAATTC. And it will cut the DNA between G AND A and produces sticky ends.

ANS 12. 1) SUMMER - in summer the human sweat. So it become cool when air start flowing as the sweat evaporates and hence causes cooling.

2) WINTER - in winter the human body shiver to produce heat for keeping the body temparature constant.
